Our history goes back to 1998, when Colombian businessman David Alfandary decided to meet the requirements of consumers and the needs of large supermarkets, specialized retailers and convenience stores of the frozen masses market, interested in having high-quality bakery products ready to bake and sell.
Since then, we have stood out over the years for introducing products with natural ingredients into the market, such as cassava, wheat flour, yeast, white cheese, eggs, margarine, sweet guava, fresh milk, salt and sugar, free of any preservatives and additives, meeting the requirements of health and hygiene, applied to our knowledge and experience in the industry.
Today we are capable of offering the best and most innovative bakery solutions to our customers in an agile, flexible and dynamic way, adapting to new trends and latest technology.
Currently, Hot Pandeyuca & Co. Inc. is licensed by the Food and Drug Administration and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDA & FDACS). Today we serve customers throughout Florida, in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and retailers, as well as with distributors in different states such as Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Puerto Rico. We also export to different countries of Central America.
